In the video, he's shown standing next head of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Kelly Loeffler while she talks at the conference. The clip quickly gained traction online, with critics seizing on the moment and questioning the president’s energy levels during the event. One user, wrote: “Three more years of this, imagine how the US would look like in 2028.” Another, said: “He looks bored and would rather be golfing.” Others were more blunt, with one posting: “Who TF falls asleep standing up?”. One person speculated that he was "too old and sick to be in the White House."
