Mitchell Marsh contributed 44 runs in a significantly better batting performance. But captain Rishabh Pant had yet another poor performance, scoring just 15. Aiden Markram's (31*) and Himmat Singh's (40*) late efforts helped LSG reach a competitive total, but ultimately it was insufficient.
