It’s easy to deliver Biden-era results when you are prepared to take the lawless shortcuts they’ve been exposed for taking. But to build a legitimate case that won’t subvert the rule of law takes a little more time and effort.

Yesterday was a busy day for the DOJ, and embarrassing for critics who keep telling us ‘nothing is happening’.

Nick Shirley kicked off a media firestorm when he exposed the massive fraud at the no-show daycares in Minnesota.

The left whined, moaned, and complained about ‘racism’. The right screamed for law enforcement to ‘do something’. But as a quick look at the Minnesota fraud convictions already on the books when Shirley went viral, that process had been long since underway.

It took a while, but in a state where elected Dems have been OPENLY opposed to taking any action on the fraud investigations, the case was built, they got their i’s dotted and t’s crossed, warrants were signed, and the operation moved forward. The infamous ‘Learing Center’ was among 20 locations raided .

The FBI raided the infamous ‘Quality Learing Center’ and more than 20 other businesses across Minnesota on Tuesday as part of a massive investigation into multi-billion dollar social services fraud.

The raids were focused on prominent businesses tied to the Somali-American community, sources told The Post.

“Today the FBI with federal, state and local law enforcement is involved in court-authorized law enforcement activity as part of an ongoing fraud investigation,” a Justice Department official told The Post. —The Post
