Northwell Healthhas completed a comprehensive renovation of the medical office located at 155 Froehlich Farm Blvd. in Woodbury, enhancing patient care and expanding clinical capacity.
The renovation project, totaling $471,255, transformed 5,167 square feet of clinical space into a modern, patient-centered facility. The upgraded office now has 10 fully equipped exam rooms, which are designed to improve efficiency, comfort, and accessibility for patients and providers.
“This renovation reflects our continued investment in providing high-quality, accessible care to the communities we serve,” Joseph Baglio, the senior vice president for ambulatory services in the Eastern Region market, said. “By modernizing this space, we are ensuring that our physicians and care teams have the resources they need to deliver exceptional patient experiences.”
Baglio said the renovations put multiple practices under the same roof in Woodbury, including the practices of father-son physician team Randolph P. DiLorenzo and Randolph M. DiLorenzo, father-daughter physician team James Lainiotis and Irene Lainiotis, and family medicine doctor Jaanki Shah. The expanded and updated facility allows for improved patient flow and supports a broad range of primary and specialty care services, Baglio said.
“Our goal is always to provide compassionate, patient-focused care in an environment that supports both clinical excellence and patient comfort,” Randolph P. DiLorenzo, who also serves as the CMO of Northwell Syosset, and the vice president of regional ambulatory in the Eastern Region, said. “This newly renovated space allows us to better serve our patients and meet the growing healthcare needs of the community.”
“We’ve differentiated ourselves and have these primary care locations sprinkled throughout the communities that we serve,” Baglio said.
Northwell Health said the completion of this project underscores Northwell Health’s ongoing commitment to investing in infrastructure that enhances care delivery and supports its network of physicians.
Northwell has also expanded its capabilities at other nearby centers, as it opened a new cardiology center inHicksvillein 2025 and a new cardiac catheterization laboratory in Plainview in 2023.
“It’s all part of the longer-term strategy,” Baglio said.
