Just the conversations I have, secretaries of education, energy, the director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard was at our table. She had the details with her, she didn’t move, she wanted to make sure everybody around her was okay. We huddled in and we could hear something that sounded like shots we couldn’t tell if it was doors of the crowded ballroom opening and closing, we couldn’t tell and then high-powered weaponry everywhere, taking position around the ballroom making their way to and from the stage and clearly something was going on. We were told to get down and each of us, are shining to the people around me, it was so crowded in there we couldn’t get down. The chairs were in our way, it was hard to handle and I was telling people to get beneath the table to protect because at that time, it sounded and looked like whatever was playing out was happening in the ballroom, we did not know at that time it was so fast.”
