You may be asking yourself how a blog titled “Decaying Severe Weather Warning Systems” qualifies for the tag of “Geoengineering.” The answer is very simple: lack of adequate warning to affected populations in the paths of severe storms can easily translate into a form of geoengineering. Lack of preparation can lead to loss of property, and life, and make the remains “easy pickings” for unscrupulous “developers” to come in and scoop up valuable land for pennies on the dollar. Moreover, the decay of a warning system can be a “force multiplier” for anyone possessing the technological means to manipulate weather, and to steer weather systems.

If the idea of steering weather systems sounds odd or even absurd, remember only that in the initial patent filings for the High Altitude Auroral Research Project in Alaska (HAARP) by Dr. Bernard Eastland in the 1980s, one of the claims for the art of the ionospheric heater was the possibility of using them to create and manipulate zones of high and low pressure over regions of the Earth, and thus to be able to manipulate the prevailing winds and to steer weather systems. I personally recall an example of this that I have mentioned many times publicly, when Hurricane Katrina was on an almost straight due East-to-West track through the Gulf of Mexico, when it momentarily appeared to stop due south of New Orleans, and then, to everyone’s amazement, made a sharp 90 degree turn to the North, and plowed into that luckless city and its environs. We know the result, and the tepid response of the government during the G.W. Bush administration, a response only “out-tepided” by the inane response to the hurricane floods that hit eastern Tennesse and western North Carolina by the Bai Den Jao administration. As hurricane Katrina tracked North, further evidence of weather manipulation technologies emerged as the jet stream suddenly dipped from its normal position over the upper midwest, to a very southern track, as if someone were trying to literally blow the hurricane away from New Orleans.

So what about theothertechnological component of weather manipulation, the warning systems themselves? These deal, obviously, with theperceptionandawarenessof weather systems, and I’ve been noticing something of late:the increasing lack of accurate and detailed informative reporting on such systems during their occurrence, and the lack of adequate warning. Recently I experienced very bad weather in my region. Normally, the sirens would have been blown before the weather became too severe to take shelter. On this occasion, however, the weather became severe with lightning strikes and large hail, making it dangerous to seek shelter in my storm shelter, as this would have involved a quick outdoor sprint to the shelter.Afterthe wind and hail and lightning started, thena popup tornado occurred, and the sirens were blown. According to the reports, the tornado touched down only a couple of miles from me. It was, however, too late for me to run to the shelter because it was too hazardous to do to. It was hazardous to stay put, and hazardous to seek shelter.

After the system had moved through, I was not only angry about the decayed radio coverage, but the late warning sirens. I, however, was lucky: my sirens may not have blown in time, but they at leastsounded. Others were not so lucky:
