The radical left's obsession with transgender ideology has reached peak delusion, and Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.) just proved it with one of the most tone-deaf statements in recent memory. This week, the progressive Democrat declared that trans people "hurt absolutely no one" - a claim so divorced from reality it would be laughable if it weren't so dangerous.
Like Captain Ahab's maniacal pursuit of the white whale, Democrats have become so consumed with pushing their trans agenda that they've lost all connection to common sense and the mounting evidence of real harm being done to American families.
Tell that "hurts no one" nonsense to the female athletes who've been robbed of scholarships and championships by biological males competing in women's sports. Tell it to the parents watching their confused children being brainwashed by activist teachers and counselors pushing life-altering medical interventions. Tell it to the women and girls forced to share locker rooms and bathrooms with biological males.
But facts don't matter to the woke mob. They'll gaslight Americans all day long while pushing radical gender ideology in our schools, mutilating confused children with irreversible surgeries, and destroying women's sports - all while claiming it's "compassionate."
Thank God we have President Trump back in the White House, systematically dismantling the Biden regime's trans madness piece by piece. His administration is already working to restore sanity to our military, schools, and federal agencies after four years of this ideological poison.
The American people see right through Jayapal's delusional claims. We know who's really being hurt here - our children, our daughters, and our fundamental understanding of biological reality. Democrats can keep chasing their white whale of gender ideology, but Patriots won't let them drag our kids down with them.
How much more damage will Democrats inflict before they finally abandon this destructive obsession?
