That was the liberal Ninth Circuit, where we are now California in the west. That’s not the court being overturned the most by the Supreme Court anymore. It’s the fifth circuit because of cases like this 10 commandments case, and if you really want to look at what the Court is doing these days and why it is so much part of our conversation why I can write a book about it. It’s because Congress isn’t doing anything anymore. So what used to be the Supreme Court would say yes or no, and then Congress could pass a law the next day. None of us believe that they will do that."
