Broadcaster and YouTuber Pungja revealed a slimmer figure after successfully losing weight, even showing off her body in a swimsuit.
Recently, she posted a video where she enjoyed a short vacation with friends at a pool villa.
Before using the pool, she changed into a black one-piece swimsuit and drew attention by showing off a figure that was noticeably slimmer.
Pungja, who is known to have lost about 30kg, shared her secret.
“I eat whatever I want and then work out. I go to the gym five times a week and exercise for about an hour and a half to two hours. So even if I eat, I still lose weight.”
She added, “I make sure to have long fasting periods. During that time, I only drink water, and then I eat one meal of whatever I want.”
As for exercise, she said, “I take personal training sessions and walk about 3–5 km.”
Pungja’s uses a fasting period of 12 hours or more, called intermittent fasting. When people don't eat for longer periods of time, the body runs out of glucose for energy and starts using fatty acids instead. This process promotes fat burning.
