Multiple officers responded and helped disable and contain the car at an intersection.The driver reportedly refused repeated commands to exit the vehicle, and after additional warnings, officers used "less-lethal tools" and took the driver into custody without further incident.Investigators confirmed the car had been reported stolen out of a neighboring jurisdiction and that the driver did not have permission to possess it, police said.
