Delhi News:Thebrutal murder of an IRS officer's daughterin Delhi's Kailash Hills shook the city on Wednesday morning (April 22). Preliminary investigation suggest that the 19-year-old former domestic help, suspected of the killing, is reportedly a 'serial rapist'. He is linked with multiple molestation cases against him. The accused remains at large, and police have launched a manhunt to apprehend him.
Police have identified the suspect as Rahul Meena. When officers reached his home in Alwar, he was nowhere to be found. Officials also learnt that Rahul had allegedly been involved in a molestation incident in his locality just a day earlier, on Tuesday. (April 21)
Rahul had been employed at the house for eight months before being dismissed approximately six weeks ago for misappropriating money related to household purchases from nearby shops.

According to police, he travelled directly from Alwar to Delhi on Tuesday night and headed straight to the Kailash Hills residence. No signs of forced entry were found at the scene. Police believe a key is typically kept outside the house for domestic workers, and Rahul was aware of its location - possibly using it to gain access.
The deceased has been identified as the daughter of a 1997-batch Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer. She was also preparing for the UPSC examination. On Wednesday, the girl was found dead in her house. Police found multiple injuries on her body, which indicated that the girl was sexually assaulted. The police suspect that the accused used a charging wire to kill the girl.
Police believe the crime was committed while her father had stepped out for his morning gym session. The incident came to light when Dinesfh Gupta returned home to find his daughter lying in a pool of blood. He immediately raised an alarm. Officers rushed to the spot, took custody of the body, and launched a full investigation.
Police are trying to look into the matter through all possible angles.
