The more Starmer explains, the worse his situation becomes.

In his almost two years of premiership, Starmer has been a political survivor of endless crises – but at this point, in the words of British journalist Gordon Rayner,‘his full-time job now is clinging to power’.

Right out of the gate, Sir Keir got mixed up in the ‘Freebiegate’, having accepted large amounts of undeclared or high-value gifts, clothes, glasses, and concert/sports tickets totaling over £100,000.

Then he cut the winter fuel allowance for pensioners while freeing thousands of prisoners from jail.

His deputy PM Angela Rayner resigned over a tax scandal, while his chief of staff Sue Gray resigned amid (lack of) impartiality concerns.

Starmer was accused of cronyism and favoritism over donor appointments to senior civil service roles.

Starmer failed miserably in stopping the migrant boats, even though he kept paying the French millions to help.

He kept the military in a total state of disrepair, with the Royal Navy a mere shadow of its former self.

He is called ‘U-Turn’ Starmer for reversing his own decisions at an absurd rate.

But the scandal that won’t go away is his appointment of Jeffrey Epstein’s close ‘pal’ Lord Peter Mandelson as US Ambassador.
