Fans itching to seeWorld Cup actionin-person will get another opportunity this week to score seats.
FIFA announced on Tuesday that anew batch of ticketsfor the summer’s prestigious tournament will be available for purchase on Wednesday.
The sale will kick off at 8 a.m. PT, and will feature tickets to all 104 matches.
FIFA added that the sale will be a “first-come, first-serve” one throughFIFA.com/tickets, and a special queue will be set up to deal with the expected rush of fans.

The setup, FIFA said, will “improve the user experience once fans are admitted.”
“Users will be able to see the matches and categories for which tickets are available, select specific seats and proceed with their purchase, and they will receive confirmation once payment is completed,” FIFA said. “Fans will be able to choose directly from the seat map option to select specific seats or use the ‘Book the best seat’ feature.”
TheWorld Cup will take placeall across the United States, Canada and Mexico beginning in less than two months.
Five million tickets to the event have already been sold, and the organization said it’s expecting to release even more in addition to Wednesday’s drop as the tourney’s kickoff gets closer.
Team USA will begin its run in the competition on June 12 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles against Paraguay.
