This isthe moment a Coachellaactivist plummets to the ground after trying to strip an Israeli flag from a “Latina Forever” art installation.
The man is seen climbing a fence at the corner of the piece before reaching up to try to snatch the banner from its place.
He then loses his balance and comes crumbling back down to earth while two other people watched on below.
The “Latina Forever” artwork had flags from around the world plastered all over it and many festivalgoers took pictures next to it.
It comes as the second weekend of the festival was plunged into controversy afterThe Strokes played a shocking political videoduring their set.
The band showed a montage criticizing US foreign intervention, alleged CIA-backed regime changes, and U.S.-Israel actions in Gaza and Iran.
The visuals, played during their song Oblivius, referenced historical coups in countries such as Chile and the Congo, as well as more recent conflicts.
Meanwhile, during her performance, Karol G brought out Becky G as a surprise guest. Becky G delivered a speech in support of immigrants, which was immediately followed by technical difficulties.
