Speaking during an appearance on Fox News’ “Mornings with Maria,” Patel said the effort remains ongoing in coordination with the Department of Justice.

“I am never going to let this go,” Patel said, adding, “We’ve got all the evidence. I can announce on your show that we’ve got all the information we need. We’re working with our prosecutors at the Department of Justice under AG Todd Blanche, and we are going to be making arrests – and it’s coming and I promise, you, it’s coming soon.”

During the interview, host Maria Bartiromo asked whether the FBI has evidence related to alleged fraud in the 2020 presidential election. Patel indicated that those claims are being incorporated into a broader investigation.

“So what we are doing is folding that into our entire conspiracy case,”Patel said. “But we have the information that backs President Trump’s claim (of the stolen election)…but I would say stay tuned this week. You might see a thing or two.”

Patel also referenced legal action against a media outlet, stating in a separate comment that he plans to file a lawsuit. In a relatedpost, he said the action would targetThe Atlantic.

The remarks come as federal authorities continue to examine issues tied to the origins and conduct of the 2016 Russia investigation, as well as related intelligence and law enforcement activities.
