OpenAI and ChatGPT enthusiasts are having a hard time as the service is facing a worldwide outage, causing problems for a lot of users. At the time of writing this article, the complaints related to the platform have crossed more than 1000 complaints and Down Detector. Talking about the proper bifurcation, more than 86 per cent of the users are facing problems in using ChatGPT on web, other 8 per cent are facing problems on the official application of chatGPT, and around 3 per cent of the users are even unable to log in.
And the case in the Indian version of Down Detector is no different as more than 8000 complaints have been filed until now. Around 78 per cent of the Indian users are facing issues with the working of ChatGPT, around 12 per cent of them are facing issues in the app and 7 per cent of them are having issues in the web browser. According to the official website of OpenAI to check status of its products, it has been confirmed that both its products, ChatGPT and codex are facing a downtime and that too in multiple regions. The message available on the official page says, 'Users may encounter issue with ChatGPT Business after upgrade or adding new seats for up to an hour.' The latest update regarding the same is that the officials at OpenAI have already applied the mitigation and are not monitoring the recovery.
