A manhunt has been launched after a pregnant woman was founddeadin a park. Ashanti Allen, 23, was reportedmissingby her family on Wednesday, April 10, before her body was discovered around six miles away from her home six days later.
Her boyfriend, 24-year-old Kevin Faux, is amurdersuspect, and is reportedly on the run from police inTexas. Detectives have launched an urgent investigation to track him down, with Ms Allen's family encouraging Faux to turn himself in.
Local media has reported how Ms Allen, who was eight months pregnant with a son, was found dead at Chimney Rock Park on Thursday (April 16).

As reported byKHOU 11, the 23-year-old's family went over to check on her after not hearing from her for a while. They arrived at her home to find it empty, with her hospital bag packed by the door.
After her body was discovered, Faux, was named as a suspect in her death and their unborn child.
Ms Allen reportedly sent her mother, Trisa Gaines, an unusual message at around 4am on the day of her disappearance.
Gaines immediately went to her daughter's apartment to check on her. However, she wasn't there and her car was also missing.
Gaines explained: "All her stuff was there, baby clothes there, nothing was taken. The bag she packed for the hospital still sitting there." She also told ABC 13: "I already knew she was gone, a mother knows."
