Donald Trump has sparked fresh health concerns after he was spotted adopting a bizarre stance while speaking to reporters.

The presidentstopped to take questions from members of the pressafter disembarking Air Force One in Phoenix, Arizona, on Friday. As he did so, cameras captured him standing in an unusual way.

The 79-year-old's feet could be seen planted wide apart on the tarmac, coming out wider than his shoulders in an upside-down V-shape as he kept his arms straight down by his side.An image of a strange standing position quickly went viral on X, sparking a range of theories about the president's odd choice of stance. This comes days afterTrump had to limp off his plane in yet another awkward moment.

Some suggested the stance was indicative of cognitive decline or a loss of coordination. "Because he’s losing his coordination so he’s standing this way to keep from falling. Watch how he can’t walk in a straight line most of the time either," one X user wrote.

"Yo, why he stand like that? Is he losing his balance or equilibrium because of some kind of loss of functional brain control?" a second questioned. "Dementia posturing," a third declared.

Others speculated that the president was wearing a leg brace. "He wears some type of leg/hip braces, I swear," one commented.

"Looks like his leg braces are malfunctioning again," a second echoed. "It eases the pain in his cankles to stand like a tripod," another commented.

Some merely noted the sound technician's awkward microphone placement in the image. "That microphone placement is - um - unfortunate," one wrote.
