Shivam Mishra, the son of Kanpur's tobacco businessman KK Mishra, was arrested on Thursday morning (February 12), four days after the Lamborghini crashed into pedestrians and vehicles near Jhula Park Crossing on VIP Road. Mishra was arrested at his home in Kanpur.

The Lamborghini, reportedly worth around Rs 10 crore, allegedly first hit a parked Bullet motorcycle and then struck a passerby. Several pedestrians were injured in the incident. The motorcycle was badly damaged, and the complainant suffered serious injuries to his left leg, ankle and other parts of the body.
According to a Times Now report, the seized Lamborghini is currently being kept under private security at the police station. A guard has reportedly been hired by Shivam Mishra’s family to keep watch over the high-value vehicle while it remains in police custody.
