Sesame Street has officially gone full woke, folks. The taxpayer-funded children's program that once focused on teaching kids their ABCs and 123s is now pushing Arabic language lessons on American toddlers in the name of "diversity and inclusion."

"Happy Arab-American Heritage Month, habibi," the show's social media post declared, using the Arabic term of endearment that translates to "my dear." But here's the question every parent should be asking: Why is a show designed for 2-year-olds suddenly concerned with promoting foreign languages and cultures instead of teaching fundamental American values?

Let's not forget that Sesame Street receives significant funding from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which means American taxpayers are literally paying for this cultural indoctrination. While President Trump's administration works tirelessly to secure our borders and put America First, PBS is busy teaching our youngest citizens to embrace globalist messaging.

This isn't about being anti-Arab or anti-diversity – it's about asking why our children's educational programming has become a vehicle for progressive social engineering. Whatever happened to teaching kids basic reading, writing, and arithmetic? Why has Elmo become a spokesman for multiculturalism instead of focusing on child development?

Parents across America are waking up to the reality that the left's agenda has infiltrated every corner of our culture, from university campuses to corporate boardrooms to now preschool television. The same people who scream about "separation of church and state" have no problem using children's programming to advance their own ideological beliefs.

It's time for parents to take back control of what their children are watching and learning. Do we really want Big Bird teaching our kids foreign phrases, or should we demand programming that celebrates American heritage and values first?
