According toeyewitness accounts, two men in plainclothes approached the woman and allegedly took her passport before restraining her. Witnesses reported that the woman appeared distressed and resisted as officers attempted to detain her.

Multiple videos show the woman being placed into a wheelchair while struggling, with what appear to be handcuffs visible. A crowd gathered around the scene, with some bystanders filming and others shouting at officers.
