Iran fired missiles at astonishing 2,500 miles away – proving they can now hit as far as Europe.
Failing British Prime Minister Keir Starmer – who is ‘no Winston Churchill’ – has had a tough time with the relentless criticism from US President Donald J. Trump, over his refusal to help the ‘special ally’ in the military operation in Iran.
Starmer’s initial reluctance was followed by a narrow authorization for defensive-only flights.
Finally, in what British press termed as ‘a shift’, ‘reversal’, or the ‘mother of all U-turns’, Starmer relented and authorized the use British bases, including Diego Garcia and RAF Fairford, for strikes on Iranian missile sites ‘targeting the Strait of Hormuz’.
While the exact timeline is difficult to ascertain in open intel, within a few hours of Starmer’s new announcement, Iran fired two medium-range ballistic missiles at the British-US Diego Garcia base in the Chagos Islands.
🚨 WOW. President Trump has just been proven right AGAIN on the world stage — Iran just proved they can fire missiles WAY BEYOND the Middle East

“Neither of the missiles hit their target, with one believed to have been intercepted by a US warship’s SM-3 interceptor and the other failing in flight, according to The Wall Street Journal.
