With over 771,000 Americans currently homeless and living on the streets, cities like New York, Baltimore, Seattle, and Portland have become cautionary tales of societal collapse.

With a staggering 250,000 homeless individuals, the state has become an environment defined by filth, drug addiction, and a total loss of human dignity.
