Suffolk County Legislator Dominick Thorne was on hand to swear in the officers and directors of the Bellport Chamber of Commerce. It was also announced that member Russell Wiebelt who represents the Bellport Fire Department was named the Chambers member of the Year. Wiebelt will be honored at next months Brookhaven Coalition of Chambers Annual awards dinner held at the Meadow Club, Port Jefferson Station.
