When pressed multiple times on whether illegal border crossings should remain criminal offenses, the advisor's stunning response was a pathetic "I don't know."
This is exactly the kind of deep state resistance President Trump warned us about, patriots. While Trump's administration works tirelessly to secure our border and launch the largest deportation operation in American history, Biden's leftover bureaucrats are still pushing their open-borders insanity from within the system.
The unnamed Republican senator didn't let this radical dodge slide, pressing the advisor harder as tensions exploded in the hearing room. "This is a simple yes or no question," the senator reportedly fired back. "Either you believe in the rule of law or you don't."
