A person used a grabber tool to carefully remove a non-venomous carpet python from beneath beige living room carpeting near the baseboard, then released it outside. Viewers reacted with shock and humor, like Mario Nawfal's 'I've heard of carpet snakes, but this is wild,' while others joked about selling the house. Carpet pythons, native to Australia, often enter homes to hunt pests like mice, blending in with their mottled patterns as helpful, if startling, visitors.
