Hoover Institution senior fellow Victor Davis Hanson said Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom had made a fool of himself during a Tuesday episode of “Victor Davis Hanson: In His Own Words.”
Newsom has raised his national profile as he’s been conducting interviews to promote his book and frequently attacking President Donald Trump amid speculation that he may launch a 2028 presidential bid. Hanson rattled off incidents on his Daily Signal show that he felt were unbecoming of Newsom and criticized his record as governor.
