CHICAGO (AP) _ Grain futures were higher in early trading Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade. Dec. corn gained 1.25 cents at $4.46 a bushel. Dec. wheat was up 0.75 cent at $5.99 a bushel. Dec. oats gained 3.75 cents at $3.40 a bushel. Nov. soybeans rose by 4.5 cents at $11.98 a bushel....
