Management told her she didn’t have enough experience. Maybe that’s true. Maybe the tattoos played a role. We don’t know. Everyone has the right to express themselves however they choose, including covering their face with tattoos. But employers also make hiring decisions based on experience, qualifications, and the image they want their business to project.
