November 3, 2026 Brooklyn, NY – The jogging path remains dark with at least two NYPD mobile lighting units found, but not in use. Police patrols assigned to the area seen twice within the hour. One officer suggested the lights should be turned on and took note of the plate number on the unit that was in a decently lit area. The other NYPD mobile lighting unit was found further down westbound in the dark path and not yet set up.
