Harris County, TX: A Black woman in medical scrubs gets slammed onto the concrete at a Chevron by Harris County Constable deputies. She says they had guns on her before she even got out. She says they later admitted they "didn't even have all the facts" and didn't know her truck came from a dealership. It's in her name and she makes the payments. They let her go.
