Four people were killed and more than a dozen injured in multiple shootings on Halloween night in the Deep Ellum entertainment and arts district of Dallas, police said. The shootings occurred at three separate locations at different times and detectives are working to determine if the shootings are linked, Dallas Police Chief Daniel C. Comeaux at a Sunday morning, Nov. 1, news conference. Four people were dead and 15 were injured, though the number of injuries could increase because some people were taken to hospitals in private vehicles, Comeaux said.
