Ilhan Nur Said Elmi aka Ilhan Omar's marriage application shows that she apparently wasn't sure whether she should use her real name or fake name when filling out the application with her brother, Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, in 2009.  The Department of Justice identified Omar as “Ilhan Nur Said Elmi, a/k/a Ilhan Abdullahi Omar” in a recent court filing, revealing her real name for the first time.
