KHERSON, Ukraine (AP) — Some residents have been evacuated from Russia-occupied Oleshky and are traveling toward Ukrainian-held territory, a Ukrainian lawmaker said Friday, on the fourth day of the most significant truce since Russia’s full-scale invasion of neighboring Ukraine 4½ years ago.
