President Trump on Thursday responded to a Clinton Judge's denial of a lawsuit by the Department of Justice to remove 20,000 illegal votes from noncitizens from the final count in California's election and confirmed that they will appeal.  DOJ filed the lawsuit seeking to set aside and potentially throw out 20,000 ballots that were sent to illegal voters after announcing that "more than 20,000 people who are likely aliens are registered to vote in California" and were sent mail-in ballots.
