Oct. 28, 2026 — Tribeca, Manhattan, New York — Anti-ICE protesters staged an unannounced pop-up rally on Harrison Street on Wednesday afternoon, outside ICON Parking's Harrison St. garage and across from the Independence Plaza garage at Harrison St. that they allege ICON rents to federal immigration agents. Organizers said they had new evidence, including signs showing that an SUV photographed inside the Harrison garage in July carried the same plate as a vehicle seen in Marble Hill the night of Oct. 8, when an ICE agent shot Oscar Belgal.
