Alina Habba is back on the market.
The 41-year-old mother-of-two divorced her millionaire husband and moved toFloridawhere she bought a house just down the road fromDonald Trump's Mar-a-Lago club, the Daily Mail exclusively learned.
Habba quietly filed for divorce against her second husband Gregg Reuben inNew JerseySuperior Court last month, according to documents reviewed by the Daily Mail. The divorce, which sources say was amicable, was quickly settled.
Two sources familiar with her dissolved relationship told the Daily Mail that they separated last year.
One of those sources close to Habba said she is 'a star in her own right,' and that it's 'hard to live in that shadow,' when pressed on the reason for the end of their marriage. They said that the two have been living separate lives for a while and claim that Reuben 'wasn't political.'
Reuben, the millionaire founder of New York City-based parking management company Centerpark, is a Harvard Business School graduate, a father of one, chair of the Transportation Department's Advisory Board, and now the second ex-husband of Habba.
The two married December 31, 2020 in New Jersey – around the same time that Habba began working for Trump and just one year after her divorce from her first husband Matthew Eyet, with whom she shares two children.
Habba and Reuben did not have children together during their five-year marriage.
