Family, friends and coworkers of Con Edison worker Koran Irvine rallied in Foley Square Tuesday, demanding a murder charge against retired NYPD detective Victor Romero, who is charged with manslaughter in Irvine's Oct. 20 death on the George Washington Bridge. "I am pissed off because I want to know who does this guy think he is," said a woman who called Irvine her brother. "All we want is justice," another speaker told the crowd.
