Separately, Trump commented on Brazil’s election, saying “it looked like another rigged election.” This comes after Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva was re-elected for a fourth term. His challenger, Flavio Bolsonaro, refuses to concede, saying he will seek to annul the result. He alleges that a last-minute change to voting hours undermined the election.
