There are no shades of grey when it comes to Melania Trump. Everything exists in stark black or white. In addition to her debut on the big screen, the First Lady is ramping up her online pressence.
Her website, melaniatrump.com, currently offers jewelry including a $589 Lady Liberty gold necklace and a $240 three-leaf clover "Love & Gratitude" necklace, appearing prominently on the homepage, just in time for St Patrick's Day. She has released five collections of "collectible" ornaments that have all been snapped up.
"It's all about supporting this luxury brand that she's building," states Melania's longtime agentMarc Beckman, characterizingher powerfully minimalist fashion vision and tailored silhouettesas "very symmetrical, right angles, black and white,"reports Daily Express.
Melania acknowledges that her prominent position as First Lady provides her a "unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity... to launch a broad-based commercial brand in multiple product categories" and earn millions by capitalizing on her fame.
That was the statement in a lawsuit protecting her reputation that she filed in 2017 during her first term in the White House, expressing her desire to profit from fashion, accessories, jewelry, haircare and fragrances.

Yet back then, Melania anticipated her ventures to wait until after her husband departed office.
"The First Lady has no intention of using her position for profit and will not do so," said her lawyer, Charles Harder.
But circumstances have shifted, and the Trump family has since been substantially profiting from the presidency, with a Trump cryptocurrency, social media platform Truth Social, hotel and office tower agreements overseas, and other businesses generating more than $1 billion last year.
