Oct. 22nd, 2026 - Manhattan, NY: At approximately 10:03pm, officers from the 34th Precinct responded to the Harlem River Drive for a call of a pedestrian strike. Upon arrival, officers found and pronounced DOA a male victim on the roadway who had reportedly been running on the side of the road. The driver of the striking vehicle remained on scene.
