Mississippi DPS released body camera footage showing the fatal police shooting of 1-year-old Kohen Wiley. Sgt. Hunter Foster fired into a moving car as he responded to a suspected shoplifting incident on June 14. The state attorney general ruled that the use of force was justified, and that criminal charges would not be filed. Kohen Wiley’s family disputes that finding, arguing the shooting was not justified. Sgt.
