Anna Camp spent years building a life she thought she understood. Two marriages. A thriving Hollywood career. Then, at 43, she realised she wasn't done evolving.
ThePitch Perfectstar has publicly come out as bisexual, making the announcement on theI've Never Said This Beforewith Tommy DiDario podcast in an episode airing 10 March. Camp, whose net worth sits at an estimated $4 million (£3 million) according to Celebrity Net Worth, didn't hold back.
'I don't think that I've ever said this in a public forum,' Camp said in a preview clip shared by People. 'As a 43-year-old woman, I am very proud of myself for owning my sexuality at this age. I am a very strong person for doing it in somewhat of a spotlight with people criticising and judging and making assumptions. I'm really proud to be bisexual.'
Camp's announcement comes nearly a year after she went public with Jade Whipkey, a 24-year-old writer and stylist. The couple made their red carpet debut at the June 2025 premiere ofBride Hard, Camp's action-comedy with Rebel Wilson.
The 19-year age gap drew immediate attention online. Campfired back on Instagramvia a comment on PinkNews' post: 'I've dated men exactly my age and Jade is FAR more mature than any of them. We have more in common than anyone else I've ever dated and can literally talk about anything and everything.'
Whipkey has spoken just as openly. In a Valentine's Day Instagram post, she wrote: 'My child self is still jumping up and down. Anna you have healed so many parts of me and bring me closer to the girl I am.'
Last year, Camp told Cosmopolitan the couple was 'surprised by the hubbub' surrounding their relationship but grateful for the support. 'We're so happy together,' she said.
Camp married actor Michael Mosley in 2010. They divorced in 2013. She then married Skylar Astin, herPitch Perfectco-star, in 2016. That marriage ended in 2019.
Looking back, Camp described the emotional weight of coming out after years of heterosexual relationships.
'You think you know yourself, and you think you've got this idea of who you are, and that's how your life is going to go,' she told DiDario. 'To continue to evolve as a person means that your partners can either evolve with you, or not. And I find myself really having a major evolution in my 40s, and not being afraid of it.'
