MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The Russian Investigative Committee has estimated the damage inflicted by Ukraine on Donbass and the border and rear regions of Russia at almost $13 billion, Investigative Committee Chairman Alexander Bastrykin told Sputnik on Sunday.
