David French, the self-proclaimed "evangelical conservative" who infamously endorsed Kamala Harris over President Trump, is once again showing his true colors by defending pro-abortion Democrat James Talarico as someone who "acts like a Christian."

The New York Times opinion writer – who somehow still claims to be conservative despite consistently siding with the radical left – sparked outrage among actual Christians and conservatives with his latest Sunday morning hot take defending the Texas Democrat.

This is the same David French who announced in 2024 that he was supporting then-candidate Kamala Harris over President Trump "to save conservatism." How's that working out for you, David?

Talarico, for those unfamiliar, is a radical pro-abortion Democrat who pushes the same anti-family, anti-life agenda that's destroying America's moral foundation. Yet somehow, in French's twisted worldview, THIS is what "acting like a Christian" looks like – not the Republican officials who have actually delivered meaningful results for life and liberty.

This isn't surprising from French, who has made a career out of attacking genuine conservatives while providing cover for leftist radicals. The former National Review writer has become the establishment media's favorite "conservative" precisely because he can be counted on to bash the America First movement while praising Democrats.

French represents everything wrong with the Never-Trump establishment – people who claim conservative credentials while consistently supporting policies and politicians that undermine conservative values. He's more comfortable defending pro-abortion Democrats than supporting President Trump's successful agenda of putting America First.

Patriots are right to call out this nonsense. Real Christians don't champion politicians who support the murder of unborn children. Real conservatives don't endorse Kamala Harris. And real Americans don't spend their time providing intellectual cover for the radical left's assault on our values.

When will publications stop pretending David French speaks for conservatives? His credibility died the moment he chose Harris over Trump.
