The mental health hospital, where James Talarico was allegedly treated during his nearly two-week absence from the campaign trail, has come out denying that Talarico was ever at the facility.  This comes after the facility allegedly violated HIPAA privacy laws when an employee reportedly disclosed to reporters that he was at the facility.
