TEHRAN (Sputnik) - Tehran will not reopen the Strait of Hormuz until the United States accepts Iran's seven-point plan for a peaceful resolution that was conveyed through Qatar in September, Mohsen Rezaei, secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, said on Sunday.
