In Pakistan, men rush to slave markets to pick out boys to abuse. They even have a hadith ready to justify it, claiming that God himself will provide them with boys in paradise. These are the same people who wrap women in black cloth for fear of temptation and will kill a girl if she dares to show her hair in public.
