The Democrats spoke too soon on the lawsuit against seven former Cornell University fraternity brothers over an alleged 2024 gang rape that the District Attorney declined to prosecute due to lack of evidence.  A former Cornell University student, who remains anonymous under the pseudonym Jane Doe, filed a lawsuit last month against seven Chi Phi fraternity members, claiming she was drugged and gang-raped in October 2024.
