White House Communications Director Steven Cheung went off on the "slope-brained retards" and "Kamala-rejects" behind a Democratic Party X account on Monday after they accused him of distancing himself from the GOP operatives leading Trump's midterm operations.  James Blair, who previously served as Trump's White House deputy chief of staff for legislative, political, and public affairs, and Chris LaCivita, who was 2024 Campaign Co-Manager for Trump, are now leading the Republican Party's midterm strategy.
